And when Members are ready Columbus Works is there to help with advancement opportunities. Promotions. Continued Education. Members are members for life. We're that serious about walking with Members on their journey from poverty to self sufficiency.
Columbus Works Members agree to be drug-free and remain drug free. Participants volunteer to drug tests prior to beginning their wrap around phase.. Candidates who are not yet ready to make this commitment are referred to our Support Partners that can provide recovery assistance.
Columbus Works Members voluntarily agree to participate in a a criminal background screen as preparation for job placement,
